Description

Enforcement System Engineer will be engaged in ITS (Transport Project). He will be responsible for reviewing and approving enforcement system design, implementation and testing. His primary function will be to monitor, verify and validate the proper technical execution of investor obligations related to traffic enforcement installations (camera systems to detect speed violation & red light violation). Main Requirements: •Strong experience in the field of ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems); installation of ITS systems. •Hands on camera systems. •Hands on testing and validation of measurement systems (preferably Traffic Enforcement Systems). •Acquainted with the legal aspects of the installation of Traffic Enforcement Systems. •Principles of Traffic Enforcement systems. •Principles of software for Number Plate recognition. •Ability to relocate / travel to rural areas frequently. •Arabic speaking candidates preferable. •BSc in Electrical Engineering. Enforcement System Engineer will be responsible for: •Monitor the installation process of the Enforcement Systems in the region. •Maintains technical communication with his counterpart on the side of the regional investor. •Ensures that the technical documentation of each Enforcement installation is of good quality and delivered according to the agreed documentation standards.
